7GAE has been working with the USACE on a variety of projects ranging widely in scope and program. The telephone maintenance facility provided a replacement for an existing, outdated, training complex. The overall aesthetic of the new building reflects the brand of the client and their focus on technology with a cool neutral color palette. The program for this training facility provides a flexible environment for the user by providing open office spaces, private offices, a conference room and a training room. Furniture and equipment planning played a big role in how these different spaces function. Systems furniture in the open offices provide modeling stations for users that are adaptable to the varying needs of the client. Training rooms utilize mobile seating and tables for flexibility.
