This project converted an existing warming kitchen into a full commercial kitchen. Located at the Pokagon Community Center in Dowagiac, MI, the 460 sq. ft. kitchen prepares meals for Tribal Council public meetings as well as private events. The kitchen is sized to be utilized once a month for 300 persons. Custom stainless steel workspaces and kitchen hood were part of the renovation and design. The project features a new epoxy floor and close coordination with Indian Health Services.
