7GAE is pleased to announce two new interns to our team, Veronika Gaska and Nicholas Miller!
Nicholas Miller, our Business Development Intern, recently graduated from Western Michigan University with two degrees: Business Management and Creative Writing. His primary goals are to streamline our data collection, and to research potential business opportunities and new relationships with other organizations.
He discovered 7GAE through Amanda Boelman, who interned with 7GAE this summer. They were both part of the Pokagon Band’s Summer Internship Program. She spoke of the strong relationships she had built at 7GAE, as well as their phenomenal growth rate.
“This is the start of my professional career, and I could not have chosen a better place to begin,” he said. “The opportunities here are constant. I can speak to all levels of the organization if I have any questions, and have been given everything I need to succeed.”
Veronika, our Interior Design Intern, lived in Ann Arbor her whole life until she moved to Kalamazoo for college. She came to Western Michigan University specifically for the interior design program and will be graduating in 2019. At 7GAE she has been involved in interior finish selection, redline work in construction documents, specifications and submittals, completion of finish binders, and assisting in anything else that is needed.
“I can’t say that I have been more excited for my future than I have been since I joined the team here,” Veronika said. “Stephanie Sokolowski (Interior Designer) has been a perfect mentor for me and the rest of the office has been supportive and welcoming. Having an internship here has given me confidence in my abilities and renewed energy and excitement for my senior year thesis project.”
