The recent growth of Seven Generations Architecture & Engineering includes a number of new additions to the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering team. By way of introduction, here are bios for each of our engineers. We are proud to have such a deep bench of engineering talent here at 7GAE!

 

Ryan Wielenga: Ryan is a Professional Engineer with over 19 years of experience in mechanical design, management, and maintenance and reliability engineering. He also brings consulting experience in multiple industries, providing invaluable mechanical expertise for overall project quality at 7GAE. Ryan embraces safe, durable, fit-for-purpose design solutions, timely project delivery, cost optimization, and maximizing client satisfaction. As VP of Engineering, he is responsible for managing, supporting, and providing leadership to the MEP group and is actively involved in defining the group’s vision, strategies, and goals.

Justin Stirling: Justin is the Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer with over 18 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design and engineering. Justin has a keen interest in streamlining processes between architects, designers, and engineers to promote project efficiencies. Outside of work, Justin spends time with his family: his wife, Chelsea, and daughters, Belle and Mae. He also enjoys attending sporting events, playing ice hockey, and participating in many different outdoor activities year-round.

Braden Cox: Braden is a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer. He comes to 7GAE from Springfield, Missouri, and brings with him more than 20 years of experience. Trained as an architectural engineer, he has significant experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, focusing now on electrical engineering. Braden values being an integral part of the design team, and has an active role in managing projects for 7GAE.

Justin Hewitt: Justin is a Project Engineer with a background in piping/mechanical design. Most of his previous work was done at large scale industrial plants such as Pfizer, BP, and International Paper. He has lived in the Kalamazoo region for a large portion of his life and recently moved back after living in Tampa, Florida, for about 7 years.

Sarah Studzinski: Sarah hails from Indiana but has been living in Michigan for the last 5 years. Prior to her role here at 7GAE, she worked in the steel industry, roadway construction, and the pharmaceutical field. Sarah’s title at 7GAE is Project Engineer, and she is primarily involved in plumbing and mechanical design work.

Luke Fauss: Luke is a Project Engineer that deals predominantly with plumbing and HVAC systems. He loves the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, and music. He especially loves enjoying those activities with his wife, Meghan. Luke recently moved up to Michigan from Texas and loves having all four seasons!

Kimberly Tebo: Kim’s role at 7GAE is Electrical Designer. Her background is in Mechanical Design and Additive Manufacturing, and she has over two years of experience as a CAD Designer.
